Coach Comments to Referee Administrator

In an effort to minimize on-field disputes and provide a means for coaches to communicate incidents in which they believe the Laws of the Game were misapplied, this form is the Region 9 Board authorized means of providing information to the Regional Referee Administrator.

The team coach must complete all information and provide details sufficient for the Regional Referee Administrator to understand the events that lead to the misapplication of the Laws of the Game.  This is not an appeal, as they are not allowed according to the Laws.  The Referee Administrator will respond to all appropriate comments submitted, and if necessary provide additional training to the involved coaches and/or referees.

Anonymous comments will not be addressed, and only issues brought to the attention of the Regional Referee Administrator via this form will be addressed.  Complaints on the field or to the Referee Tent will not be addressed and may be considered dissent.  Comments must be limited to a misapplication of the Laws of the Game, and not differences of opinion or a referee's judgment.
