To allow us to better serve our referees and players during the upcoming season, we ask each returning referee to answer the following brief questionnaire.  None of your answers are binding if you change your mind. If you want to make changes before the start of the season, just submit another response.

Hopefully this information will allow us to better focus our resources upon referees who need assistance and direct all referees to an appropriate level of participation.
