| Referee Scheduling Instructions |
The following are procedures for referee scheduling in eAYSO. Please note: 1. To schedule your matches you must be registered as an AYSO Volunteer for 2009 with Region 9 and you must have listed your volunteer position as a "referee". If you do not meet these criteria then you must go to www.aEYSO.org to register or add the referee volunteer position. If you are registered with another Region, please send a message to our Referee Administrator, refadmin@aysoregion9.org. 2. Followed the published Referee Scheduling Policy. For Premier League, each team must provide at least one referee per match but those referee's may work their own child's games. Coaches may not referee their own matches. Step 1 - Go to www.eAYSO.org. Sign in using your eAYSO e-mail address and password.  Step 2 - Select "View referee schedule".  Step 3 - Verify you name and click "Schedule".  Step 4 - Select the date and AYSO Program you are volunteering to work. Currently, we are working Premier League. Note: we strongly suggest you select one day at a time to schedule, as the scheduling program offers a limited number of matches upon each screen and they are not sorted in any particular order. To be fixed !  Step 5 - View the Schedule and select your matches by clicking the "Open" button.  Upon selecting your match you will receive an e-mail message confirming your match. If you need to cancel you match before game day, just sign back into eAYSO using the same procedures, and click the "Cancel" button. See you all on the field ! |
